We’re seeking a Workforce Development, Learning & Culture Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to expand into a full-time role. What you’ll be doing

Design and lead impactful learning and development programs that help our team grow and thrive.

Drive workforce initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and staff retention.

Champion a workplace culture built on integrity, inclusivity, and collaboration.

Support compliance and best practices in HR and Work Health & Safety.

Work closely with the CEO to align workforce strategies with our mission and values.

Deliver results against clear KPIs — with purpose at the heart of everything you do.

About You

You bring not just skills and experience, but also heart and purpose. You are someone who:

Has solid experience in Human Resources and Work Health & Safety.

Has a proven track record in learning and development and workforce capability building.

Is passionate about fostering a positive, values-led organisational culture.
