THE ROLE

Crown is the ultimate destination for elevated experiences, offering everything from casual dining to premium settings. We have something to suit everyone.

We’re seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join one of our highly regarded food and beverage venue teams on a full-time or part-time basis. In this role, you’ll create joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. You’ll also:

• Ensure guest satisfaction through effective time management and multitasking
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in both service and menu knowledge
• Depending on the venue, you may be required to run food, perform barista duties, work as a section waiter, host, or bartender

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available across venues including:

• Epicurean – Open kitchen dining experience
• In Room Dining – Servicing Hotel guests in-room
• Mahogany Bar & Lounge – Servicing our casino guests
• Nobu - Modern Japanese fusion
• Events – Contribute to bespoke event services

ABOUT YOU

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Reliable with a trustworthy attitude
• Excellent time management skills
• Hold a current NSW RSA certificate
• Ability to speak Cantonese, Mandarin, or Japanese is advantageous

Additional Information

This role requires you to:

• Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
• Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks.

Please note: These are permanent positions which require the ability to work unrestricted hours. We currently have full time & part-time positions available across a number of restaurants & bars.
