Casual Bookkeeper – Work From Home, Flexible Hours ($35–$45/hr)

Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real difference for small businesses? We’re on the lookout for a Bookkeeping Hero to join our supportive, down-to-earth team.

This is a casual work-from-home role with flexible hours, with the potential to transition into part-time or full-time for the right person. You’ll be working with a range of small and medium businesses, providing accurate bookkeeping and friendly customer service, while helping them streamline systems and add real value.

What we’re looking for:

At least 2 years’ Australian experience as a bookkeeper (preferably in a practice setting), or a bookkeeping qualification with a proven passion to grow your skills.

Experience using Xero or QuickBooks Online (MYOB or Reckon experience also considered). Knowledge of add-on software is a bonus.

Excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills.

A friendly, proactive attitude with a strong eye for detail.

Confidence working independently as well as in a team.

Willingness to learn new systems and continuously improve processes.

Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve bookkeeping issues.
