About the role
Our Therapy Services team is seeking 1β2 casual Therapy Schedulers to provide vital backfill support during periods of unplanned leave, helping us maintain the delivery of high-quality services to our community.
As a Therapy Scheduler, you'll coordinate and manage therapy service delivery by ensuring the right staff are in the right place at the right time. This role is central to maintaining smooth operations and excellent service outcomes. You'll optimise staff resourcing, maintain accurate scheduling data, and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain efficient schedules to meet customer outcomes
- Ensure accurate data entry and system maintenance
- Match appropriately skilled staff to customer needs
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve rostering challenges
- Support continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives
- Assist with administrative duties as directed by Therapy Services management

About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Experience working in a similar scheduling or coordination role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and independently within tight timeframes
- Advanced organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, customer management and scheduling systems
- Right to work in Australia
- Required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, National Police Clearance, drivers licence, COVID vaccination)
