Gap Distributors Pty Ltd is a privately owned, family orientated, wholesale business supplying the DIY hardware and plumbing markets nationally.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced casual/part time office assistant allrounder to join our team working in our receivals office. (Flexible with school hours)

THE ROLE

Assisting with accurate and efficient data entry.

Accurate entry and processing of invoices.

Consigning and booking freight.

Reconcile invoices.

Assist with picking and packing of customer orders.

Customer service.

Other administrative duties as required.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Must be capable of handling multiple jobs at the same time.

Good level of computer literacy.

Must be comfortable processing across a variety of systems, platforms, and web interfaces.

Strong time management and organisation skills.

Prepared to use initiative.

Possess good communication skills.
