Raemar Investments Pty Ltd is a privately owned manufacturing/importing company based in Ingleburn, south-west Sydney. We have two active divisions, one that manufactures and installs commercial grade solar lighting (SLD) & one that manufactures and installs a variety of workplace safety equipment (PWS). We fabricate and powder coat much of our own product in-house to keep control of lead times.
SLD (Solar Lighting Designs, www.sld.eco) manufacture, supply and install solar powered street and carpark lighting systems for a variety of clients such as councils and retirement villages.
PWS (Premier Workplace Solutions, www.pws.com.au) manufactures products such as bollards and guard rails for a variety of clients, primarily big logistics warehouses. We install these products as part of a package.
We are currently seeking someone whose primary task will be to manage and co-ordinate the projects that come through from the sales team.
Our offer to you:
A salary from $90K to $120K per year (commensurate with experience) + super
Fully maintained company vehicle
Tools of the trade, phone, pc etc
The role will involve:
Liaising with the sales team to understand the scope of works quoted
Liaising with our manufacturing department and clients to confirm dates and site access information
Site visits for larger projects to better understand the works and look for potential install challenges
Scheduling of works
Co-ordination of any subcontractors
Managing WHS requirements
Ensuring availability of required components before install date (eg. fixings, concrete, product etc)
Organising site delivery
Managing, guiding & assisting an existing team that will be responsible for installing the goods
Typical tasks involved in some of our installations include:
Set out of works
Drilling into concrete using power tools
Assembly of guard rails
Digging holes by hand or vacuum truck & concreting rag-bolt cages in
Assembly of solar lights/poles and raising into place
Our work takes us around the Sydney Metro region so travelling to different sites is part of the position. All tools of the trade are provided (phone, pc or laptop, scheduling software etc) along with a suitable vehicle (or vehicle allowance).

The position will require:
Current driver's license
General construction induction card (white card). We will help the right person obtain this if you do not have already.
Flexibility in work hours, the position calls for some out of hours and occasional Saturday work
Ability to guide a team and contribute
