With a growing diverse portfolio of quality animal identification and technology products, Fofia Australia is expanding its reach in the Australian Market. The primary focus of this role will be selling the core livestock identification products such as NLIS and Visual Id products as well as the company's proprietary technology products. Fofia has an enviable product development pipeline that will ensure it’s relevance and growth into the future.
Candidates will have the chance to work in a rapidly growing, buoyant market with premium quality products and strong company ambition to support them. With upcoming accreditations and developments soon to allow for a further increase in the company's portfolio and opportunities for the future.
The successful applicant for this role will become a member of a dedicated existing team that has an established, positive culture. You will have the opportunity to make this territory “your own” with a focus on success for individuals and the team. You will also have opportunities for personal growth as the business grows. The specific territories which these two positions will be responsible for are Central NSW and Central QLD.. Location within the territory is flexible and can be discussed during the recruitment process.
Key responsibilities: -
Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, farmers and key opinion leaders.
Encourage new users to adopt Fofia products.
Deliver on sales objectives and other KPI’s as set for the role.
Effective territory planning, plan execution and reporting documentations.
Participation in industry events at which sales objectives and results are able to be leveraged.
Remain abreast of factors influencing the industry.
The ideal candidate may have, but is not limited to: -
Demonstrated strong sales capabilities, and/or the willingness to learn and establish these skills.
Experience in a similar role in the livestock industry or in agribusiness generally, not essential, but highly regarded.
An affinity with livestock production in Australia.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written and via the use of technology.
Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
Tertiary qualifications in an agricultural, veterinary science or animal science discipline, or similar will be highly regarded.
A willingness to travel regularly and extensively throughout the allocated territory.
