Sales Representative – Sleeper Hut (Beenleigh, QLD)

We’re seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to help drive customer engagement and sales performance.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Sleeper Hut—connecting with customers, managing inventory, and coordinating logistics. Your responsibilities will include:

Selling retaining wall products to trade clients and retail customers

Providing technical product information and installation guidance

Managing stock levels and assisting with inventory counts

Organising deliveries and logistics with precision

Maintaining a professional, solutions-focused approach in a dynamic environment

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys building relationships. You’ll need:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing situations

Professional presentation and customer-first attitude

Willingness to learn technical details through hands-on training

It’s beneficial if you also have:

A current forklift licence

Experience with concrete sleeper retaining wall installation

A valid White Card (Construction Induction)

Training & Onboarding

Successful applicants will undergo a two-week training period, including time on-site with experienced installers to gain practical knowledge of retaining wall systems and installation techniques.
