About the role

Gemelli Italian Broadbeach is currently recruiting a pizza chef to join the Gemelli family - Italian candidates preferred, but not necessary.

Duties

Work closely with the chefs to ensure smooth operation

Work with the team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service

Managing and coordinating all dine-in and takeaway orders

Handling fast-pace restaurant operations

Prepping and making delicious pizzas

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of pizza-making experience, including hand-stretching dough and working with traditional pizza ovens

Full working rights in Australia
