Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and hand-stretching dough for traditional wood-fired pizzas.
- Operating and maintaining the Marana Forni wood-fired pizza oven.
- Delivering consistent, high-quality pizzas during busy service.
- Collaborating with a professional kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and organisation at all times.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, ideally with Marana Forni ovens.
- Strong hand-stretching technique and dough preparation skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure during peak service.
- Attention to detail, consistency, and pride in presentation.
- A genuine passion for Italian cuisine and authentic pizza-making.
- Reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Hours of Work:
- Wednesday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
- Thursday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
- Friday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
- Saturday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
- Sunday: 11:00am – 3:00pm, 5:00pm – 9:00pm
