We are looking for a suitably experienced quality and compliance officer to fill the role of Quality Coordinator (National), within our Vermont Head Office team.
Job Summary
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. This role plays a key part in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organisation.
Reporting directly to the ANZ QA Manager, the quality coordinator conducts internal audits, prepares management reports, identifies gaps, and implements improvement plans, while working with limited supervision. All plans and proposed changes must be communicated and agreed upon with the QA Manager and approved by upper management, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic goals and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintain and updating Trescal ANZ quality management system aligned with ISO 9001, and ISO 17025.
Coordinate internal audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up on corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of quality documentation, including non-conformances, CAPAs, and audit reports.
Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the technical or service delivery process.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report trends or areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 17025)
Experience Required:
3-5 years' experience in a Quality related role.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, and ISO 17025.
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (Desirable).
Experience with audits and certifications.
Skilled in risk assessments and investigations.
Familiar with regulatory compliance and audits.
Strong report writing and data analysis.
Confident with IT systems, data entry and MS Office.
Practical knowledge of hazard control and emergency response.
General Info:
Located in Vermont Head Office with car parking facilities.
Business hours 7:30am - 4:30pm.
Monday to Friday.
