We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Quality & Logistics Coordinator to join our Victorian facility. This role has become available due to an internal transition and presents a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional who thrives on data entry, stock control and accurate record keeping and who is looking to step into a key position.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily stock takes and record appropriately

Assess the export production schedule and program the required volumes according to grade specification and scheduled shift times

Liaise with the Production Scheduler to organize schedule to best suit production performance and raw material usage

Liaise with growers and contractors to arrange daily deliveries ensuring a strong relationship is maintained with all growers

Liaise with Stock Controller and National Purchasing Manager in regard to stock held in depot and farm sheds ensuring accuracy of current stock is maintained

Retain data on truck movements and actively contribute to continual improvement

Ensure raw material and finished goods meet customer requirements; and

Assist purchasing team during harvest to ensure all hay products are tested and graded according to Johnson’s purchasing standards.

Position Requirements

Proven experience in Quality and Logistics in the agricultural or related industry

Strong communication and data entry skills with a passion for accuracy

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Demonstrated commitment and dedication

Proficient computer skills with the ability to work in a range of different applications; and

Detail-oriented with a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
