KITA is dedicated to delivering high quality nationally recognised, high risk & industry-based training and assessment programs.
Due to continued business growth, we are seeking passionate and experienced Receptionist to join our training team.
The Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our RTO. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome students, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Provide accurate information to students regarding courses, enrolments, and training schedules.
Assist with student enrolment and compliance documentation in line with RTO standards.
Maintain reception area and ensure it is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
Support trainers with administrative needs.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist the administration team with data entry, record keeping, and reporting tasks.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
About You
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role (experience in an RTO or education environment highly regarded).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset.
High level of computer literacy (MS Office Suite, student management systems desirable).
Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and manage time effectively.
Professional presentation, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Knowledge of RTO compliance and administration processes will be an advantage.
