Tech Speaking is a busy pediatric Speech Pathology clinic and we are on the lookout for a compassionate and dedicated Client Support Officer to join our dynamic team at our brand new, modern clinic. As a crucial link between our patients and healthcare services we provide, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide admin support for Speech Pathology practitioners
Proactive Calling (sales experience preferred )
Create an amazing customer experience as the first touch point for our clinic
Answering calls on a range of speech therapy enquiries
Completing resources to support speech pathologists
Very strong computer skills
Experience with social media for business (preferred )
Excellent computer skills, including Canva and Microsoft Office Suite
Assertive but caring interpersonal skills
Enjoy being busy, can multitask and able to take initiative.
Flexibility covering for other team members
Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a team and provide support as needed.
