We are currently seeking a highly organised, proactive, motivated and team focused Business Support Officer to support our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a wide variety of office/administrative based tasks and being at the centre of the business’s operations.

We work in a large number of industries, providing all management system support activities, including (but not limited to):
Quality, Safety, Environmental and Risk Management Systems, ready for or to maintain certification/accreditation to relevant requirements (including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, TMR, RACGP and others)
Internal and external supplier/subcontractor audits
Safety and Environmental Risk Assessments, SWMS, Site Inspections etc
SharePoint based management system software solutions
Systems related Internal Training (non RTO, such as internal auditor etc).
Monitoring and maintaining systems, as well as compliance (including legislation registers).

About the Role
As our Business Support Officer, you will be the backbone of our business operations — supporting the Managing Director, consultants, managing documentation, coordinating client activities, and maintaining internal systems.
Key Responsibilities Include:
General office administration and executive support
Supporting the development and upkeep of ISO-aligned management systems
Assisting with audit preparation and compliance activities
Updating registers, templates, and internal procedures
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and consultants
Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Electronic filing, formatting, and ensuring high document quality (you hate typos too!)
About You
You’re a detail-oriented professional who loves well-structured systems, loathes typos and poor formatting, and enjoys helping businesses do things better — not just for compliance, but for performance.
You need to be highly organised, proactive, self motivated, enjoy working in a small team, client experience focussed
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:
Mandatory:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proactive and self-motivated
Able to maintain confidentiality and are completely trustworthy
Excellent attention to detail
A team player with a “can-do” attitude
Client experience focused
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a small team and office environment
Confident with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and file management
Valid driver’s licence and own transport
Desirable:
Knowledge of and experience in ISO certifications/management systems
Confident with SharePoint, MS Visio
Cert III or IV in Business Administration or similar
