Our client is a leader in AML/CTF audit and consultancy services, helping businesses across industries to understand and meet their AML regulatory obligations.

With impressive growth in New Zealand and now rapid expansion into Australia, they’re seeking an Office Manager to join their Sydney team.

This is a pivotal role blending administration, client liaison, and business support. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-growing company, and wants a clear progression path into senior operational or client-support roles as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend client meetings for notetaking and ensure accurate follow-up actions are captured
  • Liaise with clients and act as a key point of contact for scheduling and administrative matters
  • Support the delivery team with document preparation, onboarding materials, and reporting requirements
  • Manage internal administrative processes and help streamline workflows
  • Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and client deliverables
  • Support the Managing Director with diary management, travel bookings, and general office coordination
  • Contribute to improving operational systems as the company continues to grow

About You:

  • Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or client support roles is ideal
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic, professional services environment
