About the role

As a Warehouse and Inventory Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including:

Managing inventory and cycle counts

Processing orders – including generating delivery paperwork

Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials

Using warehouse systems and RF scanning

Booking deliveries with freight providers

Process 3PL inbound and outbound transactions

Coordinating with internal teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy

Supporting with reporting and general warehouse administration

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous warehouse and inventory experience (2 years working with Warehouse Management System preferred)

Administrative experience and use of Microsoft Suite

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks (including Drug & Alcohol testing)

A current forklift license or willingness to obtain one
