You’ll operate across multiple entities and industries, with exposure to ongoing transactions, restructures, and investment activity—the kind of experience you won’t get in a single-entity environment. You’ll work closely with the Head of Tax and Group FC in a high-performing team that values clarity, accountability, and commercial edge.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reviewing and lodging income tax, FBT, GST, and foreign withholding across a multi-entity portfolio
• Owning tax compliance calendars group-wide and minimising risk of penalties
• Preparing tax effect accounting entries and supporting external audit requirements
• Working directly with the ATO and external advisors, including reviews and audits
• Lifting tax governance and processes across a complex group structure
• Supporting M&A, restructures, and new investments with practical, timely tax advice

What You’ll Bring

• CA or CPA qualified, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law
• 4–6 years’ tax experience (Big 4/mid-tier plus commercial strongly regarded)
• Confidence across direct and indirect tax in a multi-entity setting
• Clear communicator with a hands-on, solutions-first approach
• Experience with ATO assurance reviews and tax governance is a real advantage
