With an exciting future ahead, we’re looking to expand our team with a motivated and professional Retail & Online Operations Assistant.

About the Role
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys both customer service and behind-the-scenes operations. You’ll assist customers in our showroom with homewares and furniture purchases, while also supporting our growing online store and order processes.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing friendly and professional customer service in-store

Advising customers on homewares and furniture to suit their style and needs

Gift wrapping and preparing purchases with care

Assisting with online orders, packaging, and dispatch

Supporting furniture sales and providing recommendations

Maintaining showroom presentation and stock displays

About You
We’re seeking someone mature, professional, and organised who thrives in a customer-facing role while being comfortable with digital tools.

You will have:

Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred but not essential

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Basic computer skills and the confidence to learn online order management (training provided)

Attention to detail, especially with gift wrapping and order preparation

A proactive, team-oriented attitude

Availability to work full-time hours (5 days a week, which includes Saturday's)
