Retail & Service Assistant – I.T Store (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Smartmove Computing is a small, customer-focused I.T retail and service business. We're looking for a friendly, reliable team member to help us deliver great service and keep things running smoothly in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with sales enquiries

Book in service jobs and manage job tracking

Order and manage stock levels

Maintain store cleanliness and presentation

Support general day-to-day operations

Ideal Candidate:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Organised and proactive with good attention to detail

Comfortable using computers and basic software (I.T knowledge is a bonus but not essential)

Able to work independently and as part of a small team

Previous retail or service experience is helpful but not required

Must be an Australian permanent resident

Must be 18 years of age or older

Part-time candidates must be available for 4 or more days per week
