Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, mentor, and support a team of property managers, ensuring high performance and professional development.

· Oversee day-to-day property management operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

· Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.

· Handle escalated property management issues and provide expert solutions.

· Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

· Maintain and enhance relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.

· Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.

· Monitor and report on team performance and key metrics.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Proven experience as a senior property manager with a strong track record of success.

· Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

· In-depth knowledge of residential property management and relevant legislation.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

· Strong organisational and time management abilities.

· Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.

· Relevant real estate license
