PERSOLKELLY is currently seeking Software Engineers (C++) to join their Global Client in Sydney.

You will be part of a team of software engineers responsible for the development of their enterprise Video Management System known as Digital Video Manager (DVM). This product is exported worldwide through global businesses.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include

Responsibilities

Perform software engineering tasks to develop product enhancements for market-leading building solutions.

Engage in a full range of activities across the software development lifecycle.

Participate in an Agile Development Process to ensure timely delivery and iterative improvement.

Provide responsive customer support for software solutions developed.

Collaborate with team members to implement best practice solutions for both software and processes.

What are we looking for?

• Expertise in delivering high quality customer facing solutions for the Microsoft Windows platform using modern C/C++, ideally with experience in video processing pipelines or a similar domain
• Experience writing GPGPU code, ideally NVIDIA CUDA kernels
• Proficiency in SOLID principles, test driven development
• Experience creating performant, scalable and maintainable software designs

Highly Valued

• Experience with live video streaming applications
• Experience in display adapter drivers
• Experience in video processing frameworks and libraries e.g. FFmpeg, Media Foundation
• Experience in C++/CLI
• Experience in COM programming
• Experience profiling high performance code
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
