Job Title: Serviced Office Manager
Department: Operations / Facilities / Customer Service
Reports To: Director
Location: Parramatta
Job Summary:
The Serviced Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of a serviced office facility, ensuring that clients receive excellent customer service, the office environment is clean and well maintained to a high standard. This role involves overseeing administrative duties, coordinating with vendors and supporting tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Office Management
Act as the primary point of contact for all tenants.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Handle client onboarding, office tours, license agreements and renewals.
Coordinate client move-ins and move-outs smoothly and professionally.
Facilities & Operations
Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and office fit-outs with contractors and service providers.
Monitor and manage office supplies, furniture, and equipment.
Sales & Marketing Support
Conduct tours for prospective clients and prepare proposals if the sales agents are not available.
Build relationships with brokers, agents, and partners to generate leads.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in office/facilities management, hospitality, or customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a serviced office, coworking space, or business centre is ideal however not mandatory.
Understanding of leasing/licensing agreements.
Working Conditions:
Permanent Part-time, on-site position.
Initially 2 x days per week and then 3 x days per week.
9am-5pm.
Onsite Parking Provided.
