The Company

Our client is a well-established air conditioning specialist providing installation and maintenance of HVAC systems across residential and commercial projects throughout Brisbane and surrounding regions. The Role

This is a senior, office-based position overseeing the delivery and execution of HVAC installation and maintenance projects. It is not a people management role, but instead focuses on operational support, project oversight, and customer liaison.

Key responsibilities include:

• Estimating and quoting projects
• Reviewing and approving technician reports and timesheets
• Providing phone and site-based support to technicians
• Liaising with clients and delivering excellent customer service
• Managing and resolving escalated issues
• Planning and scheduling labour resources
• Monitoring timelines and ensuring project completion
• Providing feedback to management

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

• A background as a qualified HVAC technician with strong technical knowledge

• Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM platforms (experience with AroFlo or similar highly regarded)
