Are you an experienced and qualified HVAC professional looking for a leadership role? Join our Gold Coast-based, family-owned company with over 45 years of expertise in providing top-notch Air Conditioning and Ventilation Services. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the position of Service Manager.

Key Requirements:

• Management experience (desired)
• Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic with a full ARC license
• Restricted electrical license (desired)
• Australian Driver’s license
• Extensive experience in commercial/residential air conditioning and mechanical services
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and well-presented
• Efficient and effective work ethic
• Ownership mentality towards client sites and pride in work
• Outstanding time management skills
• Leadership abilities to manage a team of service technicians/apprentices
• Team player with experience in job scheduling, ideally with ServiceM8

Key Duties:

• Manage technicians for service/maintenance jobs
• Write service reports and preventative maintenance agreements
• Communicate with clients via phone/email
• Job scheduling using ServiceM8
• Order parts/equipment for service and warranty works
• Quote and manage small replacement system projects
• Liaise with service clients to ensure high-level service and communication
• Develop and submit quotations for repairs and maintenance
• Manage and maintain maintenance schedules
• Build the service client base for future growth
• Ensure quality workmanship for service and repair jobs
• Develop, train, and grow the Service Department’s expertise
