Your Day-to-Day

Lead and support our team of HVAC-R technicians

Oversee quoting and scheduling of service works

Drive team efficiency, productivity, and safe work practices

Manage stock and inventory to keep jobs running smoothly

Monitor service quality, follow up jobs, and support techs on-site

Ensure invoices and job close-outs are completed promptly

Build strong client relationships and handle escalations professionally

What You’ll Bring

Trade qualification in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning (preferred)

Experience as a Service Manager or Senior HVAC-R Technician ready to step up

Strong leadership, scheduling, and team coordination skills

Exposure to quoting, cost control, and WHS practices

Clear and confident communication with both clients and staff

Ability to mentor and coach tradespeople and apprentices

Manual driver’s licence, Arctick licence, QBCC & White Card
