The Role:

We are seeking an organised and motivated Factory/Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and yard. This is a hands on leadership role where you will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflows, stock control, and the coordination of materials to support our fencing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day to day operations of the factory and store.

· Supervise and support staff in the yard and warehouse.

· Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management.

· Coordinate dispatch and deliveries to ensure projects run on schedule.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

· Liaise with project managers and installation teams regarding materials.

· Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures.

About You:

· Previous experience in warehouse, factory, or store management.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability.

· Forklift license (essential).

· Experience with fencing, construction, or similar industry (preferred but not essential).

· A proactive, “hands on” approach with attention to detail.
