Backed by a history of successful project delivery and long-standing industry relationships, they are now seeking an experienced General Foreman to assist in the delivery of a high-end commercial School Infrastructure project valued at over $20M in Sydney, NSW.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As the Foreman, you will report directly to a Site Manager and oversee on-site construction activity. You will be responsible for ensuring the site is running in accordance with WHS legislation and delivered on time. You will be supported by a well resourced team of Site Managers, Foremen, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Cadets.

DUTIES

• Oversee day-to-day running of project site
• WHS management and compliance
• Subcontractor management and programme management
• Structures, finishes & fit-out focused (end to end)
• Toolbox talks, site inductions, and more

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Trade qualification
• Demonstrated project experience on commercial new build projects over $20M
