Job Title: Finishes Foreman – Class 2 Projects

With continual growth and an expanding pipeline of projects, Level 33 are seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of high-quality Class 2 residential and mixed-use developments, overseeing the final stages of construction and ensuring premium finishes across all trades.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all finishing trades and subcontractors.

Ensure quality assurance and defect management processes are maintained to the highest standard.

Oversee compliance with Class 2 construction requirements and relevant legislation.

Conduct finishing inspections and report progress to the Site Manager or Project Manager.

Monitor schedules, manage materials and deliveries, and keep finishing programs on track.

Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain smooth project delivery.

Maintain site safety and ensure WHS standards are adhered to at all times.

About You

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Finishes Foreman, ideally on Class 2 residential projects.

Strong eye for detail and proven ability to deliver high-quality finishes.

Solid understanding of NCC, BCA, and WHS regulations.

Trade background in carpentry, joinery or other finishing-related disciplines preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

White Card and relevant site safety certifications.

Driver’s licence and own transport.
