Mantra Bunbury is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants (Waiters/Waitresses) to join our team. Casual shifts are available across Breakfast service and/or Restaurant & Functions – let us know your availability!

What you’ll do:

Provide friendly, professional service to guests across breakfast, restaurant, and function settings

Maintain a clean, well-presented dining environment

Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high standards of service

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Deliver meals and drinks, ensuring presentation standards are maintained

Assist in setting, clearing, and resetting tables

Support event and function service, including setup and pack down

What we’re looking for:

Previous hospitality experience preferred

A genuine passion for food, wine, and guest service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work flexibly across mornings, evenings, weekends, and functions

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
