THE CLUB

Located on the beautiful grounds of the University of Western Australia, the University Club of Western Australia is a private members Club offering a casual dining Café, fine dining restaurant and banqueting department.

THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced Food and Beverage Attendants to provide an exceptional standard of service across all outlets. Day and evening shifts with varied hours/shift lengths are available Monday - Saturday.

We welcome applications from residents, students (local and international) and working holiday makers. We request that applicants are available for a minimum of three shifts per week (Wednesday - Saturday preferred).

THE APPLICANT

A minimum of 12 months experience as a F&B attendant,

Have experience across a la carte or banqueting service in a five star or similar venue,

Using point of sale system,

Confident three plate carry,

Knowledge of sequence of service,

Current RSA and Food Safety certificates,

Excellent communicator,

Strong customer service skills and a friendly manner,

Immaculate personal presentation standards, and

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
