THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you’ll be an essential part of our front-of-house team, delivering warm, attentive, and efficient service across our bar, bistro, and function spaces. Whether you're pouring beers, shaking cocktails, taking food orders, or running plates – every interaction you have helps shape a memorable guest experience.

We’re looking for hospitality all-rounders who thrive in a busy environment and love providing great service with a smile all while having fun.

We are looking for multiple casual Food & Beverage Attendants with a current RSA and Approved Manager Red Card. Within 25 - 38 hours of work a week.

REQUIREMENTS AND ATTRIBUTES

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Current Red Card and relevant managerial certification (desirable)

Proven experience in bar and barista roles

Strong leadership skills with ability to lead by example

Must have a strong focus on quality to ensure customer satisfaction

Must have a positive attitude and good work ethic, and be willing to assist in all necessary food & beverage duties

Highly driven, motivated, reliable, and a mature approach to work

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced team environment

Work well in a team environment

Strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards

Available to work in the evenings, on weekends, and on public holidays
