Metro Hotel Perth is looking for a driven and energised individual to join our Food and Beverage team.

The Position

With the expansion of our food & beverage offerings, the Metro Hotel Perth is looking for a team of casual food & beverage attendants.

Hours

This is a casual role with a minimum of 20 -25 hours per week, mostly morning shifts starting from 6:00am, however there are restaurant shifts & Bar shifts available throughout the week from 4:00pm onwards.

There is potentially the opportunity for additional hours of work if employees are willing to work across in our functions and conferencing department and are flexible with working hours.

About you / Experience & Skills

Must be available to work early mornings from 6:00am with a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

Barista & POS experience essential

Must have your Responsible Service of Alcohol

Friendly and customer service driven

Reliable and always punctual for work

Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills

Able to work within a team and always thinking two steps ahead

Must be flexible with working hours

Able to work within a busy environment
