The Cruising Yacht Club of WA is looking for Casual Food and Beverage staff with RSA or Approved Managers Licence to join the team, to work in our Members Bar Galley Restaurant and Burgee Function room.

We're looking for energetic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our vibrant team, at the The Cruising Yacht Club WA if you’re all about top service, and creating unforgettable guest experience we’d love to hear from you!

The Role

Greet and seat guests

Take food and beverage orders and provide recommendations on menu items and specials

Serve members and guests in a timely and professional manner

Maintain a clean and organised Bar and dining area, including setting and clearing tables

Provide guests with a memorable club experience and build positive relationships with members and regular guests

Ideally you will have

Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel setting.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Must have current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.

Candidate MUST be available for Monday to Sunday, Day, Night and Weekend Shifts.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Customer service, pouring and creating drinks

Clearing of tables

Using the Point of Sale (POS) system

Cleaning of bar, restocking

Taking meal orders and serving meals

Bar set up, pack down and lock up

Cashing up tills

Helping out in other areas of the club as required

Leading staff

Candidate MUST have:

Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate

WA Approved Managers License desirable but not essential
