About the role

Our small, family owned Retirement Village is seeking an experienced Sales and Administration Manager to join our team in Mandurah, WA. This is a part-time opportunity to take on a vital role supporting our village sales operations. As the Sales and Administration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and sales-related activities, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the village.

What you'll be doing

Managing the sales pipeline, including lead generation, scheduling inspections, and following up with potential clients.

Providing exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers throughout the sales process.

Handling all administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.

Handling the refurbishment of villas and working with our trades and service personnel.

Understanding of the procedures of sales under a Life Lease and the Retirement Villages Act.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and financial documentation.

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient systems.

Ensuring the village residents financial and social benefits are catered for.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or administrative role within the real estate industry.

Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other marketing applications.

A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A current real estate sales registration is highly desirable.

What we offer

We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment. This part-time role offers two 5 hour periods per week (currently 9am to 2pm), with monitoring of phone and email enquiries outside of normal office hours when required. Competitive base salary plus bonus relating to sales of villas, will be commensurate with the experience the applicant brings to the position.
