Paid Media Marketing Specialist

Full Time, Flexible working conditions: WFH or Bondi Junction Office.

As we scale, we're looking for a Paid Media Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our paid advertising performance and drive growth across all key platforms.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be responsible for:

Managing, scaling, analysing, and optimising paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Meta), Google, TikTok, and other platforms with clear ROAS targets

Design and oversee landing page funnels, including briefing and working closely with our web developer to test different landing pages, map customer journeys, and optimise conversion paths

Auditing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve ROAS.

Running structured creative testing (ad copy, hooks, formats). Work closely with the creative team to brief and direct ad concepts based on performance insights and testing data.

CRO optimisation: help improve the customer journey across our websites (USA, AUS, NZ) from first click through to checkout making sure the shopping experience is smooth and engaging.

Tracking budgets and ad spend, with ability to identify areas for improved efficiency

About You:

Minimum 2 years proven experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads. Extensive knowledge is required.

Demonstrated experience building and optimising full funnel strategies with a strong focus on planning funnels, briefing landing page developers, A/B testing, and customer journey mapping

Proven track record of scaling spend while hitting ROAS targets.

CRO design knowledge and implementation is preferred.

Funnel & CRO mindset: ability to design acquisition journeys, not just run ads
