The Angle Vale Tavern is looking for a talented and passionate Full-Time Chef to join our team. This is a Full-time position based in our vibrant venue in Angle Vale. As a Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and cook a variety of delicious and high-quality meals for our restaurant, catering and events

Follow recipe specifications and ensure consistent food quality and presentation

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding service

What we're looking for

Formal culinary training or equivalent experience as a Chef (min 2 years experience)

Proven track record in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong time management and multitasking skills

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure

Passion for creating delicious, innovative dishes

Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations

MUST be available on weekends & nights
