What We’re Looking For
An experienced Chef who can be inventive with pizza, share passion for authenticity, and help lead kitchen operations in our fast-paced, energetic venue.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and cook a diverse menu of wood-fired pizzas, sides, and seasonal specials to consistently high standards.

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service, compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and efficient workflow during peak periods.

Supervise, train and support kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and high performance.

Contribute to menu planning and innovation aligned with One Sneaky Cheetah’s brand.

Monitor stock, order supplies and manage costs for efficient, sustainable operations.

Ensure consistent presentation and quality that delivers memorable dining experiences.

Required qualifications and experience

Minimum 3 years in a similar chef role.

Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.

Strong technical skills in dough, sauces and flavour balancing.

Ability to thrive in busy service, with good leadership and organisational skills.

Passion for food, consistency and guest satisfaction.
