Casual Chef de Partie

This role is ideal for a driven CDP looking to grow, learn, and prepare for the next step toward Sous Chef. You’ll be part of a large, skilled team, working across different sections, expanding your skills, and contributing to a high-performing kitchen culture.

Casual Grill/Line Chefs

Perfect for a second job or those who love the dinner rush!
We’re after a rockstar chefs to work the grill or line, keeping service fast, fresh, and consistent. Bring your energy, speed, and attention to detail – we’ll bring the great team, supportive environment, and a buzzing atmosphere.

Hours: Thursday to Sunday, 4:30pm - 8:30pm (opportunity for additional hours)

Casual Kitchen Hand

Supporting our chefs, basic food preparation, washing dishes, cleaning and maintaining a safe, efficient kitchen.

Hours: Lunch and dinner shifts available

Kitchen Steward - Casual/Part-time

Support the kitchen leadership team in cleaning equipment, organising crockery, function assistance, washing dishes, leading a small team of kitchen hands, and assist in the creation of checklists and procedures.

Hours: 20 + Across 7 days, some flexibility in shift times. Must be available Thurs, Fri, Sat all day and Sunday during the day.

All candidates should possess the following (pending role).

Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery

Food Handling/Safety Certificate (or prepared to obtain one)
