The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Schools Partnership Officer who will be the face and voice of our mission across Victorian schools. This is more than a role—it’s a chance to lead change, build bridges, and amplify the voices of school communities.

You’ll be at the forefront of our engagement strategy, forging strong partnerships with school leaders, educators, and community groups. You’ll listen deeply, respond thoughtfully, and advocate fiercely - ensuring every school we serve feels supported, heard, and empowered.

What You’ll Do

Build and nurture long-term relationships with schools across Victoria.

Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for school partners.

Identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Represent SSR at school events and education sector functions.

Advocate for school welfare needs internally, driving continuous improvement.

Deliver tailored support, from uniform fittings to onboarding sessions.

Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Track engagement, analyse trends, and contribute to strategic planning.
