As a Client Services Coordinator at BSS Group, you will play a key role in managing client enquiries and facilitating a seamless process from initial contact through to report dispatch. Serving as a vital link between our clients and internal teams, you will ensure that client needs are clearly understood and that the appropriate services are delivered in a timely and professional manner.

Your strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and proactive approach will contribute directly to client satisfaction and support the ongoing growth of the business. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, clarifying the job scope and providing preliminary advice, where appropriate
• Develop and deliver quotes that accurately reflect the client’s needs, promptly and professionally

Inspection Coordination and workflow management:
• Collaborate with clients, external stakeholders and consultants to ensure reports are allocated to the relevant consultant and completed in advised timeframes.

Documentation and administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Prepare monthly sales reports
• Manage invoicing and accounts receivable
• Assist with other administration duties when required

Client Feedback:
• Gather client feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
• Gather client testimonials for marketing purposes
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance processes, workflows, and overall client experience

REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the construction sector
• Adaptable learner, capable of developing a comprehensive understanding of our service offerings and relevant industry specific knowledge
• Excellent skills in all Microsoft 365 apps and ability to learn other database related software
• Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical clients
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations diplomatically
