Workshop Fabricator – Greenery Artwork

$55,000 – $65,000 + super | Full-time (approx. 38–40h/week)

Easygreen Interior is a national leader in premium greenery design solutions. We create luxury moss walls, bespoke greenery artworks, and custom projects for leading brands such as Hilton, Adidas, NAB, and ANZ.

We are seeking a Workshop Fabricator to join our Gold Coast team. This role is hands-on and creative, combining repetitive production tasks with the opportunity to build unique, one-of-a-kind greenery artworks.

What you’ll do (non-exhaustive)

Apply moss and foliage to frames and panels using different adhesives/glues

Fabricate projects with timber, PVC, acrylic, foam, and signage materials

Balance repetitive workshop production with creative, custom builds

Use workshop tools safely and confidently

Keep the warehouse neat and tidy at all times

Prepare projects for delivery and assist with on-site installations

Travel interstate when required for installation projects

What we’re looking for

Experience in cabinet making, signage, shopfitting, fabrication, painting, landscaping, or another related trade

Knowledge of materials and safe tool use

Physically fit and self-motivated — able to work independently on each creation

Reliable, detail-focused, and hands-on

White Card required (construction induction card)

Flexibility to travel for installation work across Australia
