Fabricator / Sheet Metal Worker / Fitter

Our Company

We are a fabrication and manufacturing business, who design, manufacture, install and maintain custom built conveyors and equipment for the food & beverage and some general industries.

We are seeking a full-time Fabricator with strong TIG welding experience to work with both workshop fabrication and some on-site works (installation, fabrication and maintenance).

ESSENTIAL Requirements for the position

Trade Qualifications and/or Certification.

Applicants must hold a Fabrication Trade qualification.

Minimum 3 years experience welding.

Accurate and tidy TIG Welding Skills.

Proven ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings.

Ability to work with minimum supervision and within a small team.

Strong problem-solving; adaptable to assit with assembly and onsite maintenace works

High level of pride in workmanship and attention to detail.

Weld test prior to starting.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Flexible to perform weekend work when required

Ability to work unsupervised and varied skill set

Strong communication skills & be able to work within a team environment.

Applicant must have current drivers license and reliable transport.

Forklift ticket and/or EWP an advantage.

This role is based in our Beenleigh workshop and will require local site work & possibly interstate.

Remuneration package is above award and will be commensurate with experience.

Monday to Thursday 6am to 2.30pm; Friday 6am to 12pm; overtime and weekend work, as required.
