- Monday to Friday role with a rostered day off every 4 weeks

Join us as Marine Maintenance Workshop Supervisor, where you will plan, supervise and lead marine workshop activities supporting vessel maintenance, refit preparation, upgrades and modifications to vessels and their equipment. You will lead a small team of tradespeople providing guidance, support, and training as needed, participating in work activities and demonstrating trade excellence.
Technical, driven and focused: Here’s who we’re looking for.
- You are a trade qualified hands-on supervisor experienced in ensuring workshop activities are planned and executed in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
- You have experience in maintenance with an understanding of relevant materials and classifications and an interest in learning about maritime.
- You have a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of your team, of contractors and visitors to the workshop.
- You are competent in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues or problems and providing technical expertise and guidance to the team.
- You are passionate a culture of continuous improvement and quality control improvements.
- You have a strong attention to detail, able to problem solve and coordinate multiple activities.
