We are a reputable education company in Sydney with 3 tutoring centres, and we are seeking a friendly and committed Education Centre Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a casual to full-time pathway role with a flexible structure: you may work from home in the mornings, but will often be required to attend our centres after 3pm. For this reason, we are seeking candidates who live locally.

Location: Lives locally - Prestons / Liverpool / Fairfield

The Role

Prepare and organise learning booklets and resources for upcoming lessons

Assist with cleaning and light maintenance of the centres to ensure a welcoming environment

Manage staff rostering and scheduling

Complete general administration tasks (Word, Excel, email & other systems)

Provide basic technical and computer troubleshooting support

Handle parent and student enquiries with professionalism and warmth

Support sales efforts by converting enquiries into enrolments

Assist with social media, marketing, and community engagement initiatives (a plus)

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations across centres

The Ideal Candidate

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Professional phone manner and excellent customer service skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident with technology (Word, Excel, email, troubleshooting)

Positive, bubbly, and approachable personality

A reliable team player who can also work independently

Sales experience (advantageous)

Social media and marketing experience (advantageous)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 11:00am – 7:00pm

Flexible working hours (may start earlier or later depending on workload)

Hybrid structure: part of the role can be completed from home, but onsite work is required after 3pm.
