Exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join a Global Logistics business based in Yennora.

- 38 hour week - 8am or 8:30am start time

About the role:
You will act as the link between Customers, Carriers and the Warehouse. You will book and track deliveries, answer customer queries and perform data entry/admin and reporting tasks.
To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Excel skills
- Experience within Transport/Logistics
- Strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to commence immediately
