Allied Technical Services provides repairs, maintenance and installation of gym equipment and similar items. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised service coordinator to join our small admin team, located in Seven Hills on a full time basis.
Applicants must be Australian citizens only.
A minimum of 2+ years experience in scheduling or coordination roles is required
In this role your main responsibilities would be:
To schedule the day to day jobs of our technicians in the most efficient way
To take email and phone enquiries and to handle these in a timely manner
Receive spare parts deliveries, reconcile with our stock count and prepare for technicians to collect once jobs are booked
Work with our admin team to ensure the highest possible level of customer service
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
High level of time management skills
High level of customer service skills
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Confidence and experience in learning new computer systems as well as Outlook, Word, Excel and other CRM systems
The ability to think quickly and make informed decisions when required
Problem solving skills
