Front Office Attendant – Accommodation Resort

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Attendant to join our team at our busy accommodation resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times

Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using Resly property management system

Assist guests with enquiries, bookings, and local information

Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready and issues are resolved quickly

Handle payments, reservations, and daily reports accurately

Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

Requirements:

Experience with Resly PMS (essential)

Strong knowledge of housekeeping requirements and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Monday - Friday only - No Weekends!

25 - 30 hours per week
