About the role

This is a full-time Forklift Driver and Pick and Pack role based in Moorebank, NSW. You will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of forklifts, as well as picking, packing and loading customer orders within a fast-paced warehouse environment. As an important member of the PCA Supply Chain Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse and the timely delivery of goods to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Operate forklifts to move, stack and load materials and products safely and efficiently

Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are packed correctly

Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks

Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free work environment

Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines

Work collaboratively with the wider warehouse team to meet daily productivity targets

What we're looking for

Forklift license and demonstrated experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment

High reach experience preferred

Previous experience in a similar picking, packing and loading role

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Capable to work under pressure and a fast pace environment

Have own reliable transport and PPE

Good communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks

Flexibility to work hours
