Join our client, an Asset Finance and Novated Lease specialist on their journey to success! They are on the lookout for a committed individual to be part of their Novated Lease collections team. This role promises growth opportunities within.

Key responsibilities:

High volume collections on accounts in arrears (early to mid-cycle)

Portfolio arrears management

Payment negotiation and arrangement

Account-level relationships with vendors, clients, brokers, solicitors, and other stakeholders

Entering default listings on Equifax

Arranging repossession

Skip tracing

Ensure all collection activity is in compliance with the Privacy Act

Necessary Experience:

Strong collections experience - consumer and novated lease preferred. Minimum 3 years.

Knowledge and understanding of the novated lease and re-novations/residual value process

Understanding of the legal and asset recovery process

Exceptional verbal and written communication

Proven negotiation skills and experience in escalations

Understanding of current legislative requirements, Corporations Act, NCCP, PPSA, AML & CTF, and Privacy Act
